No. Any standard mono laser printer works — the kind most offices already own. We recommend the Brother HL-L2350DW or HP LaserJet Pro M404n as reliable, affordable options. No specialist hardware, no proprietary consumables.
Nothing changes. Onsite Badge works fully offline — your guest list, print templates, and check-in panel all function without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Our standard format is a 190mm × 145mm pre-printed card that folds vertically to fit a 95mm × 145mm PVC pouch on a lanyard. Guest details print in black on both sides simultaneously (mirrored) so the badge reads correctly whichever way it faces. You can also configure custom dimensions.
Bulk print lets you print all badges the day before the event — ideal for under 150 guests where attendance is predictable. On-demand prints each badge as the guest arrives. Both modes are available on every plan and can be combined for events with expected walk-ins.
